Anything you purchase at Best Buy, you should consider the Geek Squad service. It’s protecting you and your pockets if anything goes wrong with your product. I love the Geek Squad and I highly recommend their services.

I purchased the protection for my TV and I am glad I did, Geek has a great reputation and I know my product will be protected if needed. I have purchased a Geek refurbished product and it worked great.

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

I got this on my other TV. It had issues 4 years 7 months in. Best Buy refunded my full purchase price. The did not offer the model anymore. So I got the new Samsung to replace it.

We don't always purchase an extended warranty, but considering the quality of some TV's these days it was chosen. If the TV happenes to fail in the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, a new TV of same size willll be substituted as the original will most likely no longer be available

I got the 5 year protection plan for my new Samsung smart tv. You never know what can go wrong these days with new technology, so just in case to be safe i got the five year protection plan. The price depends on the model of of tv. Mine was kind of expensive.

I've had to take my pc to the shop twice, and have gotten help over the phone. Problems resolved, and with the service plan, it didn't cost anything. Next, I need to look into getting a couple of appliances fixed.

We brought the TV home and set it up ourselves. Had no problem at all. Did not use GeekSquad but will if we have any problems.

Fortunately the BestBuy brand LCD TV did not need service during the 2 year period, but the price of the protection was reasonable and I don't feel as though I lost anything having paid for the extra protection plan.

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.
