I only had the tv for four months and pixels blew on it, without the 2 year protection plan I wouldn't have been able to get this fixed! But it was hassle free and worth the money!

They come to your house to repair! No need to pack up everything and take it in. If they can not fix it in house. They will pick it up and take it with them.
