Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

I hav conected my device for myself it s almost one year since i got it, it's great,,......

This protection was helpful but not in all the ways i thought. Some items don't qualify and that's not what i thought when i purchased. Now i buy individual protection for each item, it's easier to understand. The services are pricy so i never sought them out.

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

Haven’t had to use my Geek Squad team as of now. Love my new Samsung TV and sound bar!! Have used the squad years ago and it was as a simple easy process. Thanks Best Buy!!

Representative was courteous and thorough and very knowledgeable.

The geek squad is so helpful when you have technical issues or defective devices. They are so reliable and competent with their knowledge and expertise. This is the best thing to have to bring you comfort in knowing if anything goes wrong, you are covered fir immediate repairs.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.

A must for piece of mind! Highly recommend! Things happen to tvs so why not?

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.
