Haven’t had too ever use my Geek squad for repairs…however a great value and I feel extremely good knowing they are available for repair or too answer concerns

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

The young lady who helped me was great very service will be going back again I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products I was looking at extremely helpful and courteous

The pixels in my tv started going out. I called geek squad because I had bought a protection plan on the tv. They set me up a quick appointment to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was very friendly and early which was great. All and all I was able to get a replacement on the tv. Smooth easy service!

A very experienced technician diagnosed my TVs issues and determined I was eligible for a replacement under Geek Squad warranty. I am very happy with the new TV and the service provided. Best protection plan from any retailer I’ve experienced.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

Especially in the world of electronics, this protection is the best insurance...

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

New tv for family but it need more big size tv morw 72 should it next time thank you enjoy my new account with Best Buy

I have not had to use it thankfully so hard to rate but the price was good

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

Got it for protection as my last tv was done after a ppwer outtage at the 3 year mark

This is by far one of the best warranties we have ever purchased. It's even better than a home warranty product! It covers just about any electronics which you may own, they come on time when you schedule an appointment, fix what needs to be fixed, and cart away any electronics you no longer need, or want. one of the BEST BUYS ever!!!
