I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

Sometimes you just have to write a review to get bonus points. With that being said this product actually is awesome and I highly recommend.

Never had a problem with Geek Squad or a Best Buy protection plan and have had problems with other companies "insurance" or "protection plans".

I always get the geek squad protection on my devices. It has paid off multiple times and Best Buy gives me no haste when I need to use it.

I typically don't buy extended warranties; however, because of so many brown outs and power outages, I made sure to get this coverage in addition to a battery back up UPS unit. It is well worth it.

I love that Best Buy offers Geek Squad protection. Such a great price and knowing I have extended protection gives me peace of mind.

Protection plan is excellent i would buy it again

Now days with technology constantly changing these protection plans are nearly a necessity. Most all of my purchases include a protection plan. Unlike 20 years ago the "Geek Squad" know what they are doing.

Although I haven't used this service but really glad I purchased it. Reading over the Geek Protection I made the right decision to purchase it.
