I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

Everything works well and I will refer anyone to Best Buy for your electronics

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

Have not had to use this yet but hope it will be nice if my product goes bad

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

Always get a geek squad warranty on my electronics, minus the TV, I don’t believe it’s worth it, but as far as controllers goes, all day.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!
