I never had any issues with them, very kind and very understandable

I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

Haven't use the service yet because my TV is brand new but the customer service is excellent

Thomas and Arthur were the Best Buy representatives that we have dealt with since February 4 other than our sales person, Kiera. They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. Kudos to Best Buy for having both men on your team.

I purchase warranty for almost everything I buy I think I only used it a few times before. During this pandemic it seems like everything started breaking down. A set of gaming headphones, sound bar and a tv luckily everything was under Geek Squad. When I took these items to them I had no problem getting replacements all the products. That means for me I still will be purchasing from Geek Squad 5 stars.

The protection plans are great and the geeks are the best. The other Best Buy customer service personnel (telephone) are horrible, it is bad enough that if Best Buy does not fix that aspect of their customer service it will start to (if it already hasn't) turn customers away. I have already sold all my BB stock due to I am not sure that they care enough to fix what is broken.

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!

excellent work and service customer service good price

We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! The warranty is a MUST!!! Just the thought of being covered for everything i buy at BEST BUY. The customer service is GRAND! Fast Friendly service with the attitude.

As a best buy employee our geek squad protection on this product is definitely worth it for my partner and I. I feel confident in knowing that if our TV falls or the screen goes out, we will have multiple solutions/options in the future.

I experienced a few issues with my five year old 4K LG, and Geek Squad personnel were very diligent about resolving them. The pleasant experience with Geek Squad personnel made the five year Protection Plan on my Sony XR65A95K an easy decision.
