Love the tv. Great picture. Not a fan of off the voice commands but other than that’s it’s great.

Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

I’ve always purchased a protection plan on my items. Geek squad has always been helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and a product. Very professional as well highly recommended to get a protection plan.

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

One of the best tvs I have ever bought. The stand did need a little elbow grease to get screwed in..

The warranty is a great comfort regarding both of these issues: We live quite a ways away and our summers are hot.

Crucial for any large purchase a Best buy. Always worth it to put protection on your item.

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.
