Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

TV's are so cheaply made these days, a warranty is almost required.

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!

They need no staff to assist customers more faster

The agents came out to my house and diagnosed the tv within a minute. Very quick and easy process.

Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

I have not used it, but im glad I have it. I purchased it in case it is needed.
