It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

One star lost after anticipated repair wasn't listed as solution (though appears to have occured) When I brought in my son's tablet for repair, the technician felt the port was bad and wrote it up as such. When it was returned, no port repair was listed, but upon observation, it appears to have been performed. I would have liked the complete repair process to have been documented. The charge cord was replaced as listed repair. Ultimately, the tablet is working/charging properly but I'm worried about the process. This time it was an unlisted repair. Next time it could be a claimed repair that wasn't performed.

Geek Squad has saved the day on numerous occasions and usually when I am in major meltdown mode due to a deadline. They are FABULOUS! I highly recommend.

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

Haven't had to use it for current TV, but used them on past TV and they were fast to come out and troubleshoot and since they couldn't fix it, I received a replacement

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

This little tv is great for a guest room. You can download any channel app and log in or purchase.

Sure it may cost a little extra, but you get extra time on your warranty... No brainer

My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference.
