peace of mind, didnt wont to give mom a gift and find out something was wrong with it

So glad we got the warranty. My children threw something at the TV and geek squad was easy to communicate with to schedule an appointment.

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

Only used the service once so far but it was simple and the Geek Squad were very helpful!

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

Love this Tv. Has a crisp clear screen! Perfect for viewing sports!

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

But this for all tvs , I am usually the guy that says no to this by default. But I got it because the tv was so cheap. It was tcl, of course screen went out after a year. Called best buy came out next day , evaluated tv . Got to pick a replacement and pick it up same day. Could of had it delivered but I am impatient lol. Just get it.

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

Geek squad has helped us a few times when we had problems with a device.

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.

Purchased the BB Geek Squad 5 year warranty as I purchased a new 65” LG G4 OLED.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.
