The agents brought in and installed my TV perfectly.

Haven't had to use it for current TV, but used them on past TV and they were fast to come out and troubleshoot and since they couldn't fix it, I received a replacement

Have had TV for about two weeks. Love the TV for the price display/resolution is well above price point. Controls and interface with smart TV are well above average. One draw back are the speakers. I don’t know if it’s placement or the quality of speaker but they are not good. Made adjustments and still sounds like it’s in a barrel. If you get this tv buy a sound bar and you will be very happy. I recommend with this add on.

Definitely protect your stuff people. With all the tech we have you should know by now that things break and or stop working for no reason sometimes.

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

Good warranty for the price so I purchased it for our family.

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

I always buy Best Buy extended warranty for my expensive electronics. It always proves to be a good investment when needed. That's because, you can just take it into a Best Buy store and you're speaking directly with a Geek Squad member, not some Customer Service person outside of the United States on the phone.

I had no problem mounting and connecting this tv to the internet. Has the best picture of any 4k tv that I have purchased! The price was very reasonable.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it
