Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

Good Service by geek squad with much more affordable price

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.
