I needed this plan just in case additional help was needed for items purchased. Wasn’t clear on what the Geek Squad does.

Geek squad is the truth. Will definitely tell others about this service/feature.

Sometimes the agents are fast on fixing the problems and sometimes i need to go back a couple of times.

Have not had to use yet but for a 5 year warranty, price was excellent for my 85” Samsung

Not sure what this is even protecting at this point but best buy keeps great records so if I need it they'll take care of me.

Got with new tv purchase on sale so got deal on geek squad warranty. Have not yet to have to use it and hopefully do not have to but gives peace of mind it is therw if and when needed.

We bought the service contract as we are not down in FL all the time. If friends are staying there it's just a phone call away to take care of anything that might go wrong.

First, buy your cell phones through bestbuy, then always get this insurance for your phones. Trust me, it's worth the cost!

The squad did dropped off the TV at schedules time but didn’t handled it with care, but the product is good so far.

Just knowing I have a protection plan is a great rest peace of mind. If anything happens can get help fixing the problem.

Geek squad always makes me feel protected knowing they’ve got my back! If anything breaks I know they’ll fix it up!
