Missed The Mark

Two representatives were unable to help me connect the Insignia sound bar to my Insignia TV. I had to have a relative help me. My other experiences with Geek Squad have been great, but they couldn’t help me with this one.

Poor, service dodn't know what they're doing

Geek squad protetion

What you purchase in the beginning is pretty much what you get. They only now renew on select products.

Stay with manufacturers warranty.
