    Box destroyed when delivered

    The package showed up destroyed. Really hoping for the amount of money I paid and knowing this is a Christmas present that the sound bar isn’t messed up. So upsetting to see if arrive in this condition.

    Reading these reviews I’m like, “Did I buy the same product as these other people? Am I alone in saying this is a worthless product?” My experience is this we love our Visio Tv so we went with this one to accompany it. It was really easy to connect and sounded great at first. But then weird things started to happen. It wouldn’t produce sound except for Bluetooth mode. So I changed the digital connection. Then it stopped again. So I moved to an analog one. Then suddenly it just quit producing sound altogether. In my experience, when something like that happens, it’s time to switch to a new brand. So I’ll be doing just that. Hope you guys have a better experience than mine!

    Unsure about the warranty; I have never had a product that required an extended warranty because Best Buy has always treated me very fairly ! I'll let everyone know if I need to use it on the product I purchased !

    I'm having issues with the rear speakers. They worked on & off, was sporadic. I'm going to wait for my new TV to arrive, may be because my TV is old. Using optical to connect.

    Highly Disappointed, Red Light No Resolution

    I am bought this unit brand new at the end of January 2023. I was initially so impressed with the product that I also purchased the Bass Module 700 to pair. Over the last few weeks the unit kept disconnecting from my TV, no big deal right? Well today a red bar light showed up and wouldn't connect. I went through everything on the Bose website to attempt to fix it (reset, recovery mode, manual update) and nothing worked. I called Bose and was essentially told that I had to send it back for repair and it could take up to 6-weeks! Ridiculous service for something that costs almost $900. I'm seriously considering just buying the Sonos Arc and getting rid of this stuff. Poor service and expectation.

    Vizio product is trash and their guarantee’s are trash, best buys has zero guarantees, speaker is no longer working after only 1 year, since its outside vizios 1 year guarantee, they will not help fix it. I’m sick and tired of dealing with products that just don’t last and having to deal with red tape and “oh sorry, there simply nothing we can do’s” never again vizio or best buy!

    No front display.

    There is no display on the front of the device to let you know the status of the device. It is difficult to control with the remote, and with no visible display you must go to the device to find out what is going on. Sound is okay, not great. It does sound a little metallic regardless of volume setting. With no display it is difficult to use.

    Bought the protection plan for a sound bar. Had to use it today due to a faulty subwoofer. When we took it in for repairs, we were informed it was going to take 6-8 weeks to be repaired and possibly more. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable to make a client wait that long. At that point, they should have just taken our bad unit and given us a new one.

    They sound crisp when you hear them, but they're low frequency and when get you get them closer enough to hear them they drown out your true sound of your soundbar.

    Don’t purchase.

    Don’t buy. Not a fan. Lots of lip sync “lag”. Volume control doesn’t work. Remote is dumb. Spend more $ or change brands. Customer support is poor too. It’s ok for sports where you don’t see talking , but awful for shows or movies.

    I ordered opene box. It came without soundbar. Customer service for this was terrible. They ran me back and forth from store to corporate. I am a long time Best Buy customer that will no longer shop there

    DON’T DO IT!!!

    Like the bad reviews I ignored, worked great for a month until I couldn’t return it and kept cutting out every few seconds. 2.1 is not ideal, but the price point was good and it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work.

    Purchased this warranty with understanding that it was for replacement of bad equipment I brought the equipment in for replacement today and they told me I had to take it home hook it back up so someone could come to my home to see if it needed to be repaired etc I will never buy anything from Best Buy again complete crap

    I am assuming my slumber is faulty. It sounds about 20 times worse than the tv speakers. I have troubleshooted endlessly and I give up. It sounds like the treble is constantly at max.
