- A: AnswerIn my case no, they give a refund of your original price of the sound bar, less the amount you paid for the protection plan. They give you store credit and you need to rebuy the unit at the new prices and a new protection plan.

- A: AnswerI have no idea what the problem is, but I would read the instructions. There must be a way to do a complete rest. This is why I invested in Geek Squad Protection. All sound bars seem to be flaky.

- A: Answermy guess would be its not paired to tv. I had to try it a couple times when i got mine. I cant help you beyond that. Im not to tech savvy, YET! Maybe call Geek Squad for help or the company who made tv...just guesses here, i have called tv company more than once to get answers before.
