Does not have Alexa built in; uses Alexa on your phone to control. Sound quality is the same as the 4 year old LG soundbar I paid $120 for.

Horrible! They make you drag your items back to the store and then find any excuse to not accept them for a repair or return.

Product is misleading. The two surround sound speakers are not really wireless and have to be wired into an additional bridge, defeating the purpose of being wire-free. The volume of the surround speakers is so low that you might as well not even have it. The sound bar quality is okay, nothing great. I would not recommend this product to anyone at all.

Terrible Best Buy execution. Received sound bar with no power cables! Customer support told me to go to the store, should be no problem. Store said I could exchange product or pay for new cables. Nearest in stock store was 20 miles away. #bestbuycustomerfail

At first my speakers worked somewhat well. The surround sound was okay. But one day I loss power and now only the sound bar works. I tried pairing my 2 speakers and I got a message they were already paired but no sound coming through them. Major disappointment!

Tried to get my dead tv replaced for two weeks after only a year of use. Two year service contract that they do everything they can to avoid honoring. They can’t fix tv and need to replace the value. Don’t buy Best Buy geek squad service it is a waste of money.

Can not recommend. Twice I've had this item shipped to me and twice it has failed to work properly, causing me to drive to the nearest store to return it the second time.

Not compatible with the HW-A650. Really should have more information that clearly states what it IS and is NOT compatible with.

Most HORRIBLE place to order from . I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE..
