not what I expected

Would not recommend getting a 4-yr

Not what they advertise sure just bring it in and get a new one.

Not worth the hassle

Unless you're a geek yourself, avoid these people!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Complete screw-up by Geek Squad and BestBuy on my brand new laptop when I simply asked how to make the camera work...they refused my service because these two companies never coordinated my purchases and accounts -- then the Lakewood CO store people said it was all my fault!

Ripoff

I could have sent it back to the manufacturer and had it fixed for free and still had a warranty.
