Great soundbar…Faulty subwoofer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound bar and sub worked great until a few months ago. The sound bar plays perfectly fine, but the subwoofer just quit working. No LED light or way to repair it.

They do what they say they will do with no hassel, last time I had to use it they went out of way to give me better service than the plan was for! And the man working was crazy HOT!!!

Wouldn't turn on or anything. Didn't have a protection plan. Never again. Best part, could of got 2 years for $12. But for $4 more got 4 years. Great Deal!!!!

They came out and tried to fix it but couldn’t. Instead of me being SoL they offered me a similar tv or a Best Buy gift card. It’s worth it just in case!
