I always get Geek Squad support for expensive items. At this time I haven’t had to use this service on my most recent purchase but have in the past( provides piece of mind that an expensive purchase is covered just in case.

If you buy any product from BestBuy, you have to get the Geek Squad Protection Plan, It's simply the best warranty in the business. The prices can get expensive but that's to be expected with the item you choose to buy.

The agents deliver our new TVs and sound bar and DVD player. They installed all of the equipment and mad sure we understood how to cut the cord and use streaming services. Very patient and professional

The plan is good, I always get the plan. No deductibles, no hassle. If your stuff fails, the plan has your back and gets you working again in no time.

Although I didn't personally use the service, but customer service was very kind over the phone. I love Best Buy and would trust their Geek Squad for any repairs if needed.

My mom owned a previous Bose model and her system stopped working shortly after her warranty and she did not get the geek squad extended warranty and instantly regretted it. Better safe than sorry to have.

added this to a dji osmo pocket. covered for ADH now I can use my device without fear of me damaging it and not getting it repaired or replaced. Unless I run over it with my car, then that's my own fault...

well i have had great service for Geek squad so, if anything happens I expect the same great service. Cant really rate it until i have to use it. going on past history. It was worth the money

Protection you certainly can not have enough, you purchase an item in the store with its limited warranty that it come with soon as it's up, it breaks, but with that extra protection from Best Buy's geek squad your able to rest assure that your covered for much longer
