Geeksquad protection cannot be compared to anything else on the market. I have NEVER had an issue with taking my electronics here. I will only buy my electronics from Best buy because of Geeksquad

I am Not very technical so this was a necessary purchase for any “just in case days.” Definitely an added peace of mind for me.

It does what it says, protects your device if/when it needs it. Have used on a few different items, so the peace of mind is worth it.

Best buy got a good plan for your plan I like that it's even better than Walmart to get people to decide going to Walmart

I purchased the geek squad insurance because the item I purchased was an out of the box product. Although the sound bar is working just like new, it never hurts to have additional support.

I took in my speaker to get fixed they shipped it out got the problem resolved in a day. I thought it was fast and convenient that I can track what was being done to the speaker.
