I bought this coverage for my sound bar. I haven’t had to use it yet, but I hope it works if I ever have to

In this instance I had a defective sound bar. When I went to take it back in due to not working they didn't just replace my bar with a new one they tried to return it and make me by the bar again. I got it sorted out with the manager but make sure they do it right.

I buy this protection for everything and it has always paid for itself. A must have if you use your devices a lot.

Better off getting a higher tier sound bar. Tweeters crackle when the bass is increased. Not good for large rooms. Better for small rooms

Always get your service plan. I can't tell you how many times I have used them. Stuff is always helpful friendly and polite.

Delivered and set up surround sound system with wifi. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure before he left that we were comfortable with operating the new system.
