    Really bulky. I started to wire this around the house.. but once i noticed that every device has to connect to the device and that it will probably not support 8k xbox one x series I returned it

    They weren’t very helpful. I bought the geek squad warranty. Had issues with my brand new fridge and they could not help. They were worthless. I wish I would’ve just saved my money.

    I haven’t used this yet, but after my last sound at crapped out literally 1 day after the warranty expired, I was for sure gonna be protected this time around

    Hint: when something, anything, goes wrong -- like Best Buy's failing to send you the remote (so you can actually USE your expensive soundbar -- and they inform you that though they're "sorry" (isn't that "special", well bless their hearts) it's your problem now and your insurance doesn't cover it. And do you imagine you'll speak with a local tech or store manager? Silly rabbit ... your calls will go all around the world, and nobody in those remote locales has been given any authority to solve your problems. Not a pretty picture, is it?

    Wesley chapel store geek squad is worse squad, lazy people, i have to return ny bose subwoofer bacause there’s crackling noise, instead of they should be the one dealing with the return to the manufacturer they let me do everything including including sending it back to manufacturer, i just waste money paying the protection plan

    Great value. Great service. Great utilization. Sometimes minor things are missed & turn around times are unreasonable for repeat customers (at times).

    It's always good to be protected, but when it comes to a high quality product, you are rarely gonna get burned - especially if you routinely stand up for yourself. The definition of middle-class is "under paid, and over insured"

    Had this plan purchased the same time as our soundbar. Two years and a few months later, I notice the subwoofer not working. Took it back but protection plan expired. It happens, so had to buy a new soundbar and another protection plan.

    I think this was for a washer and dryer I bought. No clue right now. But I rarely buy the extra protection this might offer since I never have had something fail that wasn't covered by the regular warranty. For big ticket items, if you're looking of that peace of mind, and the protection price is reasonable to you, go for it. For lower priced purchases, hardly ever worth it. I think it transfers so maybe the new owner of the washer and dryer will make use of it at some point.

    I bought an extended warranty on my Samsung tube pre-amped Blu-Ray and 5.1 surround sound system. Unfortunately, it began to fail me near the end of the warranty. I took it to the store, who checked it out and told me it was fine. What they didn't tell me was that they needed me to bring the speakers in with it for them to test it properly. All they did was to play a movie in it and declared it fine. I returned it a second time with the speakers. They sent it out for repair before my warranty expired but it had expired by the time the repair center received it and got it on the workbench. Then they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for the repair. After getting nowhere with the Geek Squad worker drones and the Geek Squad manager, I finally asked to speak to the store manager, who saw my dilemma and made a command decision to replace my unit with a newer similar unit. The store manager kept me as a Best Buy customer, but I am done with Geek Squad at present.
