They completed the installation quickly. Everything arrived on-time and in good condition. Be wary not to allow them to push items you really don't need; if you let them, your bill will rack up in cost quickly as well.

Even though I have never had to use my Geek Squad warranty, it sure is a great peace of mind knowing that it is there.

I received excellent service from Best Buy's Geek Squad department. The technician quickly determined that the monitor had a major failure and it had been flagged as a problem LG product. They were no longer handling that model even though I had just bought it less than 90 days earlier. The tech helped me select a replacement model. There really was only one choice with a higher resolution monitor. It was not 4K but the tech said I would not be able to tell any difference. He was right. The QHD resolution is very good and I can not tell any difference compared with the 4K, but I definitely notice how much better these higher rez monitors are for small font rendering which is important to me.

Would've been a great addition to my 98in tv but unfortunately I didnt have the space for that amount of sound output. Will be buying again for my future home.

Best Buy corners the market on warranties as geek squad is great

The geek squad service is very worthy you will be glad to have it. You just go to the store they take care of you and your item. They call you if anything, is not a plain warranty service they actually care.

If this is in your budget? Just get it is a solid unit after all the firmware updates and tweaks? Rocks like the Casba! The GOAT is in da house lol.

Ins is wonderful when your product stops working. Yes the insurance does pay for a tech or send you a new one

Bought this after much research on a lot of sound bars. Looking for Budget friendly and this exceeded my expectations. This thing is loud, powerful and is just what I was looking for and under budget!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality soundbar for a good price!!!!

4-year Geek Squad protection... 10/10 I am not one to normally buy extended service plans, but with electronics I do. I have had to use it in the past and having Best Buy service all of my electronics has paid off. Saved the repair bill and they came to my house to do the fix. 2 years after the fix, still no problems. *Recommend*

One word; Professional. Don't let the name Geek or BestBuy imply that they don't know appliances or service. Our purchases were delivered on time by the Geek SQUAD. Their delivery personal i.e. Geek Squad, kept me informed by phone and e-mail every step of the way. Even called when they were 1/2 hour away so we would be ready. They took all the boxing and wrapping material with them and hooked our appliances up. Well worth the extra charge to let them hook it up and test it to make sure it works properly. Salesman in the store was also very helpful and helped us make sure we were getting the best deal available by checking on line for us, right in front of us. They sent a survey back after the service and I give them an A+++++ rating.

Great product to buy for peace of mind. Don't need to worry about future.
