Took a pill on this with the new LG soundbar I bought just so I can have a peace of mind about everything.

Nice sound bar, it very good quality. I would highly recommend this sound bar.

I get nothing without geek squad. Although, i have run into some issues lately that tarnished my view of GS somewhat. For instance, i brought back an item that i bought brand new and paid for GS, but since it was price matched for a lower price they wouldn't just exchange it for another of the same exact product because the price was regular retail again. So, i was forced to return the product for store credit because i couldn't pay the difference in price to get another one. The whole reason i buy GS is to ensure that if the product needs replaced, i don't have to pay for it or buy a new one. I seriously think this needs to be revisited and changed, otherwise I'm not sure geek squad is really worth the money and i may revisit my policy on always purchasing it I the future.

I buy Geek Squad Protection on high dollar electronic purchases and so far I have been extremely satisfied. I have had three TVs and two Home Theater Systems replaced under the plans. It seems like the products know when the plans are near their end as they have died in the last few months of the plans. It's been nice to have these plans because when the product dies and it is replaced you get a gift card for the purchase price to buy an new product. Cheap way to get the latest product when your electronics die.

Hopefully I don’t need to use this but it doesn’t hurt to be protected. If you’re going to spend money to buy something, pay a little more for service and don’t worry if it malfunctions. You’re covered.

I have been a bestbuy customer for many years and all my electronics i purchased a warranty. When i have a issue the geek squad has never failed me.

For me the extra warranty is common since. I like the idea of not having to worry about anything going wrong with my tech. I know that over the next 4 years anything that goes wrong is covered and to be honest I know the chances are I will never need it but knowing it’s ok if it does is enough to make it worth it. I also feel the price is fair.

I have used the geek squad warranties. When they could not fix an item, it was replaced new.

Love the geek squad. They are friendly efficient and really helpful. Observing all safety standards for the covid 19 they set up a perimeter keeping everyone distanced and safe + set up my new TV in no time flat even programing both my controllers. Leaving me with a perfect set up and no questions unanswered. Usually set up my own electronics so 1st time using. I am impressed.

LG s65Q(5D) sound bar/ sub review. Junk with the tv. It doesn’t get anywhere near loud enough. I adjusted every single setting on my 6 month old Samsung tv that was over 1k. I went into the app. Nothing works. Sounds great in music mode. it doesn’t get anywhere near loud enough with the TV with an HDMI or optical cable.

Knowledgeable Geek squad agents did not disappoint. Was faced with a small challenge, but with their quick thinking and coming on site we’ll prepared that the challenge was merely a pebble in the road. If you’re not looking to do the work and speedy and smooth service is what you want, then let the geek squad handle it. Truely the best!

I almost always buy GS for electronics purchases. It's a no brainer. Ease of return/replacement is worth much more than the price of the protection. It's saved me hundreds of dollars a few times.
