Was having trouble with my reciever and 3 speaker setup. Some programs would not play from center channel. This was a decent price and for our general living use where it's not being pushed to its limits this is a great unit. We have 25ft vaulted ceiling over this room and it still has plenty of depth! Very happy with it. Install was a breeze!

Brandon from the Geek Squad is amazing. He showed up earlier than expected. He immediately was courteous and asked a lot of important questions about the tv setup arrangement. He masterfully installed the tv and sound bar to our living room wall. He showed us how to use everything and how to do air play from our iPhones which for us 50 year old ladies was so helpful.

For the price point and what I needed, it's decent. I needed to upgrade from my TV speakers for something with a bit more volume. I paired this with my Samsung TV and it's definitely better sound than I had from the TV speakers. In fairness, I have it in a decent-sized room, so my expectations weren't very high. The volume is pretty good, although there's not much bass to speak of. I have yet to play with the EQ, but I can't imagine it'll move the needle that much. If you're expecting bass out of this speaker without adding a subwoofer, you're not being realistic.

It’s a great speaker. But initial configuration is impossible, and documentation is insufficient. I took it back to Best Buy. Geek Squad tinkered with it for an hour before telling me it was defective, however only Sony could help me with warranty replacement. I took it back home, reached out to Sony support, and Sony had me up and running within 15 minutes.

Let me start by saying that this sound bar is amazing it’s better then the Vizio one that have down stairs first thing is subwoofer is great once u adjust the bass volume by tapping the bass until it green then adjust the bass level wow game changer for a open box system it’s is great

Set up was easy. Exceptional bass quality, clear sound. Purchase for backyard summer jams and small Family get-togethers.

The speaker is exceeding my expectations , Easy to install and connect to blue tooth i did it myself without geek support . I now have to hang it just below the tv for best sound projection- i give it my full 5 stars and recommend my friends to get it- Thanks Hisense - the bass is awesome my whole house is now like a music studio i cant stop listening-

Wonderful sound system and sound bar with great connectivity and features. Very happy to have purchased directly from Nakamichi on ebay. You won’t be disappointed and their customer service is top notch.

Using as a computer speaker with fiber optic input. Decent sound for the price. Good bass. Simple remote. Easy setup. Just plugged in the components and they linked automatically (bass module is connectred wirelessly). Would probably be ideal for a bedroom or spare room with a t.v.

For the cost it’s pretty average sound quality and base.

I first purchased a Bose Soundbar that was flat sounding and zero base sound to it. It was returned. I then purchased this Samsung soundbar with subwoofer. Outstanding! Watched a movie this morning and it was like being at the theater. Keep in mind the room is not very big. So, this was perfect. Price was right (on sale), delivery was fairly quick. Definitely recommend.

She returned my sound bar because 2 speakers were not working

I connected everything in about 20 mins or so great sound. I have my speakers spread out my woofer sound bar is under tv. I get sound from 4 corners of my livingroom. Surround Sound.

I had an LG sound bar 4 over four years it's nice and loud but I wanted to get a new one I wanted something that had bass that rumble and I must say for the price this Vizio 5.1 Soundbar is amazing the base really shakes and it sounds really good I'm actually shocked I definitely recommend this sound bar especially if you want a budget

It's decent enough for the price. This is definitely budget friendly and really has no wow factor. It was being used in a spare room and provided decent sound quality. I have a Bose in my living room and the difference in sound/quality is huge...but so is the price difference. Works as it should but if you use or prefer higher end audio this will(obviously) not make you happy. It does easily sync to a tvs Bluetooth so install is straightforward. For a cheapy boost to your TV audio, this does its job.

Very good sound. I have toggled back and forth from tv speakers to the sound bar during loud crash scenes etc and the difference is amazing. Also voice is much clearer than tv speakers which actually allows you to keep the volume lower at night because you can hear the voice over background noise easier.
