Do you know, I have not used a specific one but I’ve used geek squad always faithfully. And I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve never let me down so let’s hope it stays the same-If I’ve had items they can’t sex they just replace them. Worth it to do the warranty

Highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty. I actually had to use it and since my sound bar couldn’t be fixed they refund my money which allowed me to purchase a newly released sound bar and one that costed more. I did have to some money out of pocket, but it wasn’t too much to purchase a better quality sound bar.

The service that Geek squad provides is top tier! From the morning to arrival the representative communicated with me by providing timely updates regarding an ETA since there were a few delays.

I love Geek Squad protection plan. I purchase one on everything I buy. Having 4 children in the home, it is a must have for us! Have used it many times when a product failed and have always went straight to the store with it and came home with the problem resolved, even when it was by fault of our own that the product was broken. In many cases, we came home with a newer upgraded product with no mailing or sending off or complicated paperwork u get with most stores.

They are very experienced and full of knowledge .they helped me with my warranty and got my soundbar up and running

Geek squad protection is worth the money. Any time I have an issue and the warranty, I’ve always been taken care of. Either my item is prorated or I get a new one. It’s a win!

I mounted and connected myself but buying a protection is helpful since it's not easy to throw it or too expensive in case it gives you trouble after a year. This happened to me and I felt glad i bought the protection plan

All members of the Geek Squad that I have meet with were really polite, pleasant and very helpful. They also worked hard to set up my computer the way I wanted and needed, In addition, they worked with me to try various different items to make sure that I had the info that I needed. I was very happy with each person 3 different times !!

Until now I have only paid the extra money once before on a PS3 I bought from Best buy for a 4yr in store replacement plan and the day before it expires the system crapped out on me and Best buy exchanged it for an even bigger storage system that was cheaper and with the spare money I even got a new game to go with it. So that proved worth the extra few bucks for that kinda coverage and replacements on your electronics these days.

I have made many purchases and buy the Geek Squad Protection for those items that benefit from the service with no regrets as the Piece of Mind alone makes it worth the cost and the Service Provided by and from Geek Squad has always been Over The Top!

I always buy Best Buy Extended warranty for my expensive electronics. It always proves to be a good investment when needed. That's because, you can just take it into a Best Buy store and you're speaking directly with a Geek Squad member, not on hold waiting to speak to some person outside of the United States on the phone.

Never had to use this so I don’t know if it’s any good or the value of the service. I guess I was sold on the benefit of having it as opposed to not having it.

I bought a open box Sony Bluetooth speaker and I am satisfied with it and I will continue to buy more products from Best Buy.
