It is great knowing that my tv is protected against any issues that may arise with the geeksquad protection

I bought the Samsung QF8N tv and decided to add the Geek Squad protection because it's a really expensive tv and it makes me feel better knowing that I'm covered if something were to happen to the tv which I hope nothing happens to it.

Overall. the Geek Sqad collection of Blue Shirt clad busy busy employies that can be found and accessed fairly easily at any Best Buy Store location are polite and very helpful in both answering questions about a wide range of products, or directing you to the appropriate Individual who can best help out. I'm happy to pay the additional fee for the added security and calming of my mind should any unforeseen issues come up!

i bought the 4 year warranty for my new LG sound bar. $99 and it is perfect for my needs. My tv had a terrible speaker and this sound bar gives my tv good sound now so i want to protect my investment with the warranty

took this out on my 5-disc sharp mini player , and so far so good , havn't needed to use it

I’m glad I made the decision to get this coverage on my soundbar. It takes away any worries that I could possibly have over the soundbar malfunctioning.........but with this policy, that won’t be the case lol.

Bought the extended warranty so I can sleep better knowing my speakers are protected.

4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, better safe than sorry. I don't trust other warranty from online websites because: 1) it will take time, sometimes months for you to fix the problem. 2) they will give you a partial refund from the remaining of the warranty not the item.

I have always had great service and help when I have made appointments with Geek squad at the Frt location.

Just got this as some insurance on an open box sound bar I purchased. Don't know if I will ever have to use it, but it is comforting to know I am covered if the unit fails for some reason.

Love Geek Squad service protection! With todays electronics it pays to have the protection.

When I buy something expensive (more than $100), I always opt for the plan. I bought one for my projector, phone, computer, speaker system... Best Buy takes care of you quickly - whether repairing or replacing the product. Much better than 3rd party online insurance plans!
