Although I didn't personally use the service, but customer service was very kind over the phone. I love Best Buy and would trust their Geek Squad for any repairs if needed.

It is amazing to have a peace of mind in case something goes wrong with a product. Many times peoples product becomes defective outside of the return policy so being worry free for years is nice

Whenever I buy electronics, I like to cover it by the Geek Squad warranty. With build quality these days, I would rather pay a little up front than a lot on the back.

Always get the longer warranty. I like to provide coverage for everything that I buy from Best Buy and I always ask what's the longest period of time I can ensure a product and when it comes up for renewal by the renewal. There's no better peace of mind

I purchased geek squad protection for a 43” tv which malfunctioned after 18 mos. Geek squad provide a new tv at no cost. Had to pay for installation and renew Geek Squad protection, but I am very satisfied.

I love the geek squad protection plans, I buy them, but don't ever want to have to use them. I have ended up using them one time and they solved my problem very quickly and without any problems.
