I love my Geek Squad! They always replace the defective or damaged item or give me an upgrade at no cost. And you can buy additional coverage on the replacement item.

This is my Sony receiver and believe you me it is great. It has so many different functions I can play in my main room as well as outside on my patio or in a different room in my home.

This is excellent for the price of the surround sound

Excellent experience and choice the guy's from best buy geek squad did an amazing job putting my 85 inch TV and connecting my surround sound so I can not see my wires, everything was fantastic.

I have yet to use the geek squad for this purchase but from past experiences I have always received great customer service.

Overall, I don't normally purchase these but I did for my last sound bar and it paid off 100%. They get you with the fine print, though. Smaller, certain items are sent off for repair and could take 4-8 weeks. Only having sound from the tv was not an option so I had to buy a new one.

The Best Buy’s protection plan is worth it! Highly recommend for a peace of mind.
