I haven't needed to use this so far (thank God), & I've had my HTS for a little over a year now. I've had the Geek Squad protection on other electronics I've purchased & had to use it at one time or other, & I really liked the service.

Buy it. I never buy anything without buying the warranty. If it's offered buy. Promise you it will pay off. Your items will be replaced or fixed beyond the manufacture warranty

Always buy this protection. There honestly the best. Never had any problems then need an item fixed.

The agents did install and connect all of my components that involved two different locations. It took several trips attempting to solve my problems but finally we have all components working.

It was awesome having the extra coverage on my sound bar. The wireless speaker didn't wok out of the box. And I was able to walk in and switch it out in about 5 minutes. what a great service. will definitely be using for other big purchases.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan works great. It helps to save money on repairs of products even if you didn't buy the item from Best Buy. You also save money on purchases at Best Buy.

I made a promise to myself that i would never again buy any electronics without getting protection.

Haven’t used this yet and to be honest didn’t realize I purchased it with my receiver. Maybe I’ll give them a call and see if they’ll come adjust my home theater for me.

I purchase extended protection from BB on all major electronic purchases. With the declining quality in electronics recently it is definitely worth the cost to me.

Geek Squad protection is great thing to get on anything you buy at Best Buy. The reason being, many of the products have accidental coverage. Therefore, if you break the product or something is wrong with it, then you get a free swap.

I feel it's best to get just encase, hopefully you're never going to need to use it but just encase it's there
