Gives us a piece of mind. Lots of things can happen and just to know we can rely on the squad it makes us feel so much better. We have bought it for a lot of our big purchases and have never regretted it. Always seems to come in handy. I don’t ever regret it.

We had a problem with our receiver and the process was very easy. The Geek Squad was very helpful and made the process simple. We were able to get a new receiver that day.

The agent connected my washer and dryer. Connected all the adapters including the hose to my dryer and made sure that my washer and dryer was working before he left. I was very much please with the promptness, speed and the excellent way that they work.

Honestly, I buy this or the equivalent on pretty much anything I buy at best buy, the peace of mind and no questions asked policy makes it worth it every time.

Bought the Protection Plan even though I doubt I'll ever need it. It was so affordable - to good to pass up for the value. Plus I have the reassurance if there should be a problem/issue that arises from the audio equipment I purchased.
