    The first time I purchased this, support was great. I don't know why it isn't as good as it previously was but I will continue to use it. I think you receive much better support by going into the store than on the phone.

    Not much to say here, get it if you need it. I bought it for my home theater receiver, since all models seem to have some issues with HDMI going out. It was a small investment for a piece of insurance.
