I haven’t used them yet but plan on contacting them soon. My headphones for tv worked through the system they recommend to me for 2-3 weeks and now stopped. Not sure what problem is yet!!

I hope I don't have to use this protection plan. However, I've used the Best Buy protection plans on other devices and I've never experienced any problems on having items fixed or replaced.
