Easy to use. No wires! Great sound, touch screen works great

Replaced a very old desktop with this all-in-one and I am very happy with it. Had been considering a laptop to save space on my desk. Glad I changed my mind. This takes up little desk space and gives me a nice, large screen for better viewing of spreadsheets and other documents. Feels like I got a lot more for my money than with a laptop.

This computer wants you to sign in with a microsoft account in order to use all the built in features. You then have to create a new password with requirements and most likely your old password does not meet the new requirements. You have to use internet explorer as your main browser to use all the features as well. Very please with the speed since my previous comp was 5 years old.

This pc is a good one for the average person. It was easy to set up and has been functioning well since purchase

very pleased with this product. while I went shopping for a less performing computer, it didn't take me long to change my decision. the representative at best buy was great explaining everything. The HP experience I am receiving is top notch.i would definitely refer this product to a friend. Thanks for providing the support.

the large screen is definitely nice but the downside of the unit are the smaller keyboard, the cd tray is very flimsy and delicate from the side. putting the cd on the tray you have to be very careful, and all usb ports are in the back of the screen so you have to keep turning the screen are around to get to them

I did not want a all-in-one system, but now I am very glad we made the choice.

The only drawback with this computer is the keyboard. It’s compact and that makes typing accurately a little difficult. Otherwise it’s a good deal.

I purchase this TV and had to return it because it was defective. Best Buy took it back and gave and gave and gave me a new item that works great.

Wireless computer equipment works great. We do not have wires running everywhere to deal with when cleaning.

I like the size of the monitor and the touch screen comes in handy to move items around within a program. I would still like more speed for downloads and purchased a new router and modem, but still no increase in the sped even with the new computer. A bit disappointed in that. All in all the computer suits my purposes just great and I would recommend t to others.

So far so good with the computer, only one issue, the backspace key on the keyboard works about every other time, other than that, no bad.

All in all this is a very good computer. The only problem is I’ve had is that sometimes it freezes but I don’t know if that’s the computer or the program. And I’ve been having difficulty figuring out how to use speech recognition. It is of good quality pictures great no real issues.
