Great computing power for my needs...social media, financial records, word documents, spreadsheets, Photoshop. Perfect size with the hard drive, CD player, etc. one with the monitor. The monitor has a beautiful image, clear and bright. I thoroughly enjoy using this computer.

Wish flash drive ports were on side/front not back

Only downfall is it doesn't have enough usb ports.

I bought this computer online after days of research and chatting with people from the online help center. I picked the computer up at a store an hour and a half away last night so I could have it for today. I plugged it in this morning followed all directions and it became clear quickly that something was wrong. I called hp customer service and stayed on the phone with them for hours trying to make this computer work. After wasting the only free time I had to spend with my children it was finally determined I was sold a defective computer. When I called Best Buy customer service I was told all I could do was return it. So my choices were to spend another $40 in gas and get another computer or I could ship it to them and wait for my refund. Either way I am out of a lot of money, my children did not get their early Christmas present, and I have wasted a lot of my time.

After purchasing two Dell computers that each lasted less than a month, I decided to pay the little extra and buy an HP. HP has always been a quality machine but I was trying to save a few bucks so I tried the Dells first. Goes to show, you get what you pay for.

Wasn't sure what to buy and the sales person helped me immensely. We have exactly what we need. Thank you.

Works good as a computer but the touch screen stopped working after a few months. Wish I could get that back. There was an update and the driver was uninstalled and is no where to be found anymore.

The Whitepaper Kindle is the next generation of Kindle and is definitely an upgrade from the last version. Its' operating system is super fast and all of the new features are extremely fun to use. I recommend this for all avid readers.

I bought this computer (HP All-In-One 24-G214) about 3 weeks ago. This is the first all-in-one computer I have owned and thought I would try it for my home office. Right away, I was annoyed by the shiny screen & had to black out the light from a window across the room, as it was a distraction on the screen. The screen really looks like a mirror and I did not realize this, as I purchased it online as a top choice!!! Then, the first time I put a CD disk in the tray, I was sure I popped it on the spindle. When the tray closed, the computer was not reading the disk, so I opened the tray. To my utter surprise and dismay, it was gone!!!!! The disk had fallen out of the tray into the back of the computer. Then the machine started making a loud noise like an emergency alert tone! I chatted with HP support and was told the back had to be removed but I could not do it myself or the warranty would be voided. I was given two choices, mail it in to HP or go the Best Buy Geek Squad. I took it to the Geek Squad and their service was outstanding, but the back cover got buggered up a bit, getting it off! I was told it was tough getting it off as there were many breakable tabs inside. And I had this computer just over the 15 day return period, so I could not exchange for a tower. I am afraid to use the CD tray again, as I don't want a repeat of it falling in the case. Why would HP make and sell a computer where it is so easy for this to happen???? I would think there would be some kind of easy fix for this problem. So stupid. Really not thrilled.

Love my new computer. So easy to use. Dont regret switching from a laptop. Business friendly.

Bought this for my 74 year old mom to use for e-mails and basic Excel and Word documents. She loves the "help" option that reminds her how to do simple tasks (like attach a document ).

I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I am happy about it. I have always used Hewlett Packard computers.

The computer works fine. I'm just beginnimg to learn to understand Windows 10. The computer is very different from m;y last one. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable and made my purchase an enjoyable experence.

Nice new computer with Windows 10. The Geeks fixed our Dell with windows 8 and honestly, the two sit side by side and I use the dell for gaming and the HP for Pandora, works good for me!

It is a wonderful computer. I just have a couple if complaints: USB connectors are only on the back of computer and it does not have a microphone port. I hold conferences and I dont lime background noise when I speak.

First comput of I have bought in quite some time. Screen is beautiful and does everything I need and more. Perfect for my little family without killing me as far as cost

The HP - 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One Desktop Computer has been a pleasure to work with. It has great response time and works perfectly. We are really happy with it.

This HP all in one pc was just what I was looking for. I am so glad I do not have to deal with a big tower. No more looking at a huge amount of wires. It is wonderful.

Can't say enough good things about my computer, it is wireless no more connections all over the place. Neat and tidy works like a dream. Would recommend to everyone.

I haven't had any issues at all. I love the screen and the features are excellent. I wish there was a usb in the front but it is light and I can move it around ok.
