Great all in one PC but the touch screen stopped working little after 1 year of use. Unable to cover under warranty and tech unable to figure out what caused it.

Cannot review as it is missing two parts and can't even hook this up. my son-in-law bought it for me and then had to go overseas so I can't even use this for months

Not impressed with the speed of this computer. Microsoft 10 does it no favors. Thought CPU would have much faster, but not to be. Can't recommend this one.

Very slow. Not impressed. I love the canon printers and have had them for many years but this newest one does not impress me.

Terribly slow, made me hate HP. I know the installation process takes forever, but once I got it up and running even basic tasks such as opening the menu, internet explorer was nail-biting slow. Returned it as soon as possible. Crazy because I read reviews before purchasing, and everyone seemed to love it. Since I wanted it for a home office I figured basic stuff would work fine, but I was wrong.

Arrived today. Cord on back is loose and microwave won’t turn on. Taking back to store now.

I think it runs very slow, whether it's the internet carrier; not sure. It gets stuck lot.

I purchased this HP PC to replace a 5 year-old HP desktop. I'm only a few days into using this PC, but so far, it has been a great experience. Setup, as always, was very easy. I updated Windows right away which got me up and running immediately. I will be using this primarily for office work, so I downloaded Microsoft Office, which I already subscribe to, so was able to get into Word documents, etc., with no problem at all. I tested out the CD/DVD drive, which works well, and my HP printer and wi-fi connected effortlessly. Web browsing is fast, pages download quickly, and HD screen is nice to look at. A very slight humming sound can be heard while PC is on, but becomes virtually unnoticeable. I own an iMac as well, which I use at home, and I would have preferred another one for my office, but could not justify the extra cost. I have always had good experiences with HP and have owned several desktops and laptops over the years, with good results, I will update this review if anything significant arises, good or bad, but I would recommend this computer highly.

BOUGHT COMPUTER WHICH CAUSED ALOT OF AGRIVATON AND MANY TRIPS TO THE STORE. RECEIVED WRONG INFORMATION TWICE AND FINALLY EXCHANGED THE COMPUTER.

Nothing but problems from the get go with this computer. Started with the VERY first windows update. I have even tried doing a factory reset as suggested by HP with worse problems then when it all started. Did not even last six months. Waste of money.
