The screen kept turning black on my brand new pc. I talked to HP support and they said to bring it into the Best Buy store. I took it to the store for repair 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the call from the store to let me know it is ready for pickup. I'm not thrilled, as I have not been able to use it yet.

    Functional and durable

Our family had this computer for about 7 years, and for most of it it was a pretty reliable machine. Was it fancy or perfect? No, but it was functional and hardy, as the computer saw at least one move and use by two growing kids. It was definitely worth the deal.

    Great space saver

It's a great PC for surfing the web. I really like the lack of clutter too. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless so I literally have just one cord going from the computer to the wall and that's it. Nice screen, although I suppose it could be a bit too reflective in some situations. The built in webcam is nothing special, but it could work for Skype or whatever you need well enough. The built in speakers are decent as well. Another thing I noted was that the wireless card in it seems to be quite good because I get MUCH faster wifi speeds now compared to my previous tower. Only negative I have right now is the lack of accessibility to the USB ports. They're all on the back and it would've been nice to have at least one on the side or front. But it's just a minor gripe. Overall I'm pleased.

Great all-in-one for family and work!

I love this computer. We had a very old HP desktop (that was still running Vista!) that worked very well for us for years. It was long overdue to get a new computer and I was unsure which way to go-- new desktop with tower, all-in-one, laptop, etc. We compared this one with a Dell model in the Best Buy store and the sales person recommended this. It is great! Works well and fast, you literally unbox and plug it in since everything is wireless, and the large monitor is very nice. Kids play online games, I remote to my work computer from home, and we surf the internet. I highly recommend this computer!

I am just disappointed to find a $130 drop in price within 10 days of my purchase. Otherwise, so far so good

    Surprisingly Slow

I realize this only has an i3 processor, but I am shocked that it can't handle basic video streaming. I have very fast internet (>100mbps), but no matter what I do, video played from the internet is very choppy. I realize this isn't the most expensive computer, but I consider video streaming to be a pretty basic requirement (which I made pretty clear to the sales person when making the purchase). I regret not taking this back when i had the chance.

    Horrible. Jams constantly.

Jams and freezes up constantly. In all basic functions. Cannot handle more then two tabs open at a time. I don't do much more than basic internet, emailing, and microsoft-office and this thing freezes up during all of those. (It has frozen twice while I've been writing this review.) I've spent hours and hours with HP tech support, Windows tech support, and the Geek Squad. Everyone has been very polite, but they've had no impact on the problem. I'll never buy HP again and may pass on Windows too.
