Good for what I needed

Wish I would have stuck with ASUS, the HP is noisy at start up, fan or something runs loudly. Also, very cheap keyboard and mouse-had to replace them right away. For basic, non-daily use this is ok but, if i used it everyday I would be more disappointed in it.

The service is great, the helpfulness is great. My only disappointment (and this is NOT Best Buy's fault!) is that you now HAVE TO get Windows 10. For what I do with my computer, I do not (indeed, do not WANT) all the bells and whistles. However, since BB wants its customers to be satisfied, they are more than willing to be helpful in getting passed the stumbling blocks.
