HP All in One - poor product and customer support
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mother board went bad in this product within 12 months of purchase. It happened during the first few months of the COVID shutdown and because I contacted HP 12 months and two weeks after purchase they declined my warranty claim. As a result I went out and bought a Dell all in one desk top to replace this one. Overall very disappointed in this HP product and HP’s support service.

Still getting use to it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish it had some of the same icons I've had before. Over time I guess I'll adjust to it. Liked my older hp better than this one.

Great Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about this computer. It's fast and very simple to hook up. The only thing I did not like was the cheap keyboard and mouse. They are not wireless. I used my wireless keyboard from the computer that died. No Regrets!!

Be prepared to spend a few more bucks.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I am pretty happy with this choice. Folks have complained about noise/vibration. That is mostly due to the old style hard drive and the fact that the unit is so close to your head(as apposed to a tower). I purchased (2) solid state hard drives, one for "C" drive, another "G" drive for ALL my data. Big difference in noise and speed. It took a little while to figure out how to open the thing up. Now it boots in a few seconds and is much quieter. The keyboard is cheesy and I wouldn't use it. I use my trusty old Dell keyboard (the one with the rotary volume control). Over all, for the price, I am happy with this unit. My only real complaint is the noise from the cooling fan rpm constantly cycles (up-down-up-down, etc.). I thought it might be just my unit. Bought another one, did the same thing, took it back. Its one of those things that you don't particular notice unless you are thinking about it. But it does qualify as annoying. Folks complain about the placement of the USB ports. Dumb. Just purchase a multi-port expansion hub for a few bucks and fasten it to the side of the display unit.

CRITICAL DEFECTS FOR ALL AROUND COMPUTER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is WORST DESIGN Computer for all around computing. If you want a word processor you are fine but if you surf the web and tend to leave multiple pages open, this computer is SUPER slow. RIGHT NOW TYPING THIS REVIEW, I am seeing a huge lag between typing each letter and it appearing on the screen. PHOTOS? Not even an SD slot which many cameras use, therefore you have to get an external drive cluttering up your desk, not to mention buying a computer then spending more to make it work. NO ACCESSIBLE USB PORTS. The ABSOLUTE WORST DESIGN to put the USB ports on the back of the computer. You have to turn the computer around to access the slots which, for me, an easy reason for a low rating. Or BUY MORE STUFF (external USB drive) and have more clutter. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not impressed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel like hp is cutting corners with their quality and it is very frustrating. My wife and I both purchased a desktop computer from best buy online. First her's. It is a dell all in one desktop computer, we love it! As I am writing this review, I had to switch out her mouse and key board, for our new hp desktop all in one, just so I can write this review on my hp, disappointing. Also, I thought we were leaving the dial-up tones in the 2000's. Every time you start the computer it sounds like a small paper shredder. Once started up it sounds like an idling paper shredder. I will be returning this and getting the dell, where they cut no corners on quality or performance. Ps. the speaker on my iphone is better than this hp speaker. Cheap Cheap Cheap Cheap!!!
