My son bought this bucks card from bestbuy for $40 and we tried to use this pin code on the website but doesn't work at all. We went to bestbuy store, they refused to returned and said communicate with the company and the company didn't want ro resolved. Unsatisfied

I purchased two of these cards and was unable to use either of them. I followed all the instructions to add them to associated Nintendo Switch accounts and Epic games requires an activation code which Best Buy failed to provide or email. I have been a rewards member for over a decade and have never had an issue like this until the 2020 holiday season, go figure. Anyway, a Best Buy associate did help us get them returned. The gift cards only seem functional if you use gift cards directly associated with individual game systems.

We had to create an epic games account just to load vbucks we already purchased fro. The store then got locked out of the epic games account and had to delete the account and start over... smh

I'm quite upset about my purchase of 50.00 in V-Bucks.Have not recieved .Please contact me about where they are.They are for my grandsons Birthday which is in 1 week.They were suppose to be here on June 7th.Its now June 19th.Please address this.

I purchase this card for my son in order to buy items for the game. I don't see the point of buying v-bucks for a game but I guess that is the way of this generation.

Son went to redeem for Christmas and it's saying it's not activated. Bestbuy lady on the phone says she's having difficulty trying to activate it.

Didn't let me redeem it so I didn't like it.i would not buy it again

You guys didn’t active the card so that’s what got me mad but other than that it was good just I want the card to activate

My son originally started his fortnite acct with a guest acct and when I tried to link the EA acct to put the V-bucks on; it would not load. I even contacted FN customer service and they could not link the acct. I ended up having to purchase more v-bucks through the site. Save yourself some time and just buy through the Playstation site.

This should be arrived three days ago and it was delayed, also when I received the card that supposed to be a gift I found a hard sticker in front of the card someone wrote on it "To be shipped to home"!!! And It was really hard to take that sticker off in order to be a good looking card as a gift!! Extremely disappointed!

Purchase 2 cards on line. Gave them away to my nephews for their birthday and cards weren’t activated ! And you can’t return them to the store , you have to call Best Buy customer care to get your refund ! What a waste of time and a disappointment for my nephews!

My son loves playing Fortnite and loves the costumes/skin quantity, but they are so over priced your v-bucks dont go far.

Doesn't buy much in game, like buying a 25 dollar sticker that you change your mind about where to put it...

It says it’s compatible with Nintendo switch. I bought it for my grandson for his 11th birthday because he really wanted V-bucks. The activation code contained a character that the switch does not have so we couldn’t load it to his Nintendo switch. Not happy that my grandson couldn’t use his birthday present!

I purchased this for my son before Christmas. When he tried to use it he received the message "not activated". I went to the store I purchased it from and was told they would submit the information that it was a defective product and give me the credit since I purchased with my Best Buy credit card. Still waiting.

I purchased this as a gift for my nephew. After receiving it and sending it to him he couldn't get it to work. When I called best buy, I was told he was going to have to bring it to a store to be activated. I will not purchase these from best buy anymore, it's ridiculous receive it in the mail, just to have to go right to the store to activate it anyways. Might as well just buy it at the store.

Gave as a gift and they cannot fiquire out how to get them to work. Have spent hours trying and cannot get it to work

Tried to use via Fortnite and website said card was not activated.

This was not easy to use at all you have to go to one website and enter your code and then it gives you another code that you then have to take and enter into your ps4. Extra steps that are a waste. If you are going to do this you should just buy on the ps4 and its the same cost and same extras.
