Was sent and couldn’t get activated had to get refunded!

I was unable to add these V-Bucks to my kids account. I am not sure why, but it clearly says it when you are putting the code in that it is a 25 digit code and this V-Buck card only has 20 digits. I am not sure why, or how I am supposed to upload it to my kids account, but its $80 sitting around that my kids can not use.

My kid loves fortnite. But vbucks for cosmetics suck. Epic games are super greedy.

Terrible!! Would not work on my grandson's Nintendo switch!!! I bought 3 of them for his birthday and he was so excited!! They did not work. I contacted Best Buy...I got the run around...no help at all. Disgusting!

This was the worst purchase. We bought the card. Idk what happened but we were unable to use it. Called BB, was told to call the The number on the Fortnite card, they told us to call BB. A complete run around. Never will I buy this again. We buy the Zplaystation cards only now.

I purchased is card for my son and the lady don’t activated and now I want to know how I’m going to get it activate ????????? I’m always buying my children stuff from y’all and never had a problem before ....

My child purchased this item with his own money and we still can not get it to work and we can not return it to get an Xbox card that works for him every time.

Bought this for my sons birthday only for the vbucks to never show up on his account! After trying to figure out how to put the money in his account many many times and watching lots of different YouTube videos realized I wasn’t the only one unable to do such thing so I lost $25 bucks.

I bought the gc for my son and little did I know that he does not have a fornite username. I learned although he uses his ps4 name for his fornite name, they are not the samething. So he can't use it.

If you’re not buying this for yourself then just get them a currency card for their console, like a Nintendo eshop card for example. This was a gift and trying to redeem it was an absolute joke

This card is a pain to try and use. We ended up selling it and just buy PlayStation cards. This doesnh work like a PlayStation card. You have to login to a separate account to add it and it’s too much of a hassle.

Waste of money had to wait for shipping or pickup wasnt near me i wont purchase again from best buy shippin delays i will just buy on playstation

I called and I e-mailed and called Numerous times and my granddaughter was so disappointed ... so mad this was a problem and after reading the reviews I see it’s a BIG issue.

I purchased this fir my grandson and my son’in-law informed Me that the one purchased last year they could never get to work so it was a loss of $25. They try to get help and didn’t get any luck there either.

It won't work says could be a typo error but it is not I entered it more than once dont have any info for contacting for issues so I'm hoping I'm not outta the $100 bucks

Bought this for my son to load the value on the game on Xbox One and spent 3 hours trying. The card says for Xbox One but will only list 3 options when entering the card number. Still have not been able to use the card.

When I tried to redeem the card that I brought from Best Buy. The pin was already used. I called Best Buy for help and they refuse to help just like fortnite.

I tryed to install the bucks....and since the first time told me that the number was already taken....so i call costumer service wich endind loossing my money

This gift card did not work! After going through the whole tedious process of getting a code. It was t even the right amount of numbers! Total Waste!!!!

I still trying to figure out how to load the v-bucks Into my grandsons Nintendo lite accounts. I may have wasted the money I spent on the two cards.
