It's quite easy, you need to be signed in to your account. Robux are a wast of real money and I would discourage kids playing games that have in-app purchases.

It’s been a month and we still can’t figure out how to redeem the robux. I thought it would be so easy, purchased without leaving the house, my son would get it on his birthday... nope. It actually caused more angst than not having a gift at all, because he really wants robux, but I refuse to buy again what I’ve already paid for. I guess I will have to drive to the store after all, probably for an employee to do everything I’ve already tried. The only reason to choose Best buy for gaming needs is for the lame rewards, and this ruined it for me. I will go back to my previous store of choice.
