Love this ice maker. With the summer heat, and our fridge icemaker running very slow, we were tired of buying ice. This makes the perfect amount for our family of 6.

this is our 5th countertop ice maker and our fave so far. Love the clear top, makes it easy to see the ice level.

Needed to replace my old icemaker. Its always a risk when you purchase an ice machine, but this ice maker has worked great the first 2 months. Time will tell.

Produces cubes in less than 15 minute for the smaller size. 20 minutes for the larger size. Cube is not a good description. They are more of a timble shape.

Perfect for my Wet Bar in the basement! You can make just the needed amount of ice for drinks without the need for a huge freezer.

We purchased this to use in our camper trailer and it does a super job. The unit is very easy to use and makes ice quickly. Would recommend.

For a year it's been an awesome machine but all of a sudden stopped creating ice a few weeks after the 1-yr warranty expired (Murphy's Law?). I believe there's a problem with the refrigerant. Highly Recommend the Geek Squad warranty. I certainly didn't expect this thing to fail this quickly. Grrrr I do recommend it because when it's functional it makes great ice. The ice is softer and not hard on the teeth if you chew ice. (all dentists ignore that comment) Lastly, I have yet to find a refrigerator where the built-in ice machine works reliably so have resorted to the counter top machine. However, do not purchase without the warranty plan.

no issues so far use it daily, does not keep ice frozen once full but will keep it for a few hours if room temp is not to hot

I bought this for my office after the community refrigerator ice maker quite. It makes enough ice for the 5 or 6 people in our office that use it.

It makes ice! Only downside, is that it takes up a lot of counter space with the machine. Otherwise, very nice ice maker.

Would not leave on if going away on vacation it meltdowns pretty fast and makes ice every half hour if not using ice but overall it's okay thanks
