    Initially, I loved this ice maker. It worked well for a little over a year. However, after that it frequently ran hot which results in not fully formed ice. Also, it is nearly impossible to get to every small space to thoroughly clean this ice machine which is pretty gross.

    I was happy with my icemaker, but terribly disappointed when I saw it was $30 cheaper within a couple days of my purchase. Then, when I tried to reach out to Best Buy customer service, I saw how difficult they make it to do that. So, great product, but I probably won’t purchase anything else from Best Buy:(

    I like the ice. I had to return this a few times. The ice is the only good thing that i can really see about it. It basically rusts on the inside and it is difficult to clean. When you clean it though it won't work anymore.
