I maintain the temperature in my house at 74 degrees F, so I would think the ice wouldn't melt so quickly, but it does.

But if you used it in to go cups it melted way faster then refrigerator ice. It also broke and won’t produce ice now- didn’t last more then 6 months. I️ did have it on constantly so I’m not sure it it was meant for the everyday purpose. I️ would not buy again.

I haven't tried to use it yet but pretty disappointed that the box has shipping labels to another person and when i opened the box without realizing it had been haphazardly put back in the box. Of course i can return it but i had plans to use it right away.

DID NOT WORK FRESH OUT THE BOX

I took it out the box & cleaned it up. I put water in it to the fill line and the red add water light kept coming on. I turned it off and back on same problem "add water". I plugged it and plugged it back up same problem "add water". Never got to use. I received a defected ice maker. So disappointing!!

Either defective or bad product

Unit doesn't keep made ice cold enough to keep frozen.
