Box look normal but there was a slight dent on the front of the pedestal. I should have check it at the store but its a hassle. It will be more of a inconvenience to return and get a new one.. Other than that, pedestal is a must .

These are awesome to keep you from bending over to far. The storage is not big enough for a very large liquid soap bottle but will fit small bottles and boxes. Easy to assemble "need a friend or two maybe three!"
