I can’t get a straight answer from anyone at Best Buy as to the reason. It’s scheduled for delivery on April 20th, 2024. I have little hope. It will probably be rescheduled again.

You cannot even fit a bottle of detergent inside. It is too tall. Isn’t that the purpose of the drawer. A couple other brands have caught on. Maybe LG will one day.

However, the drawers are not tall enough to contain a bottle of bleach or detergent - the bottles are about two inches too tall. Serious design flaw.
