Could live without

Never been a fan of cloud storage, but it was free with my purchase but i wont renew when the free trial expires. I prefer to back my stuff up on external hard drives and you dont need to worry about someone finding a way to hack your files when you use your own external hardrive.

Bad marketing

I understand that they're meant to entice new sign-ups, but they're basically bloatware that has a negative overall value to everyone else. A smart company would change them to a bonus trial offer to new customers OR a substantially reduced but still nice membership bolus to existing customers.
