Right before it stopped I had to charge it every day. Fitbit wouldn't do anything to help me because it was past the 1 yr warranty mark. I have been a fit bit customer for many years, paid for the premium membership even though these features used to be free. Every new model requires a new charger which is annoying and adds unnecessary e-waste. Bought some for family members as gifts and theirs stopped working too! Major disappointment!! What a waste of money. Get a Garmin instead.
